Buy side pressure is low and bargain hunters are looking to pay no more than early to mid 3 cents. Too many willing sellers in the mid 3 cent range keeps a lid on things. If company can continue issuing positive statements about getting things done and achieving their stated goals then this will turn around as compelling reason to buy returns. IMO
