People get frustrated with stocks that put in long bases like this and sell and forget about the name. All those ups and downs and "it's gonna break this time"(Quote Hingdog : too many times haha) and by the time it does finally break, only the ultra patient or those wise enough to know to keep watching it are in for the real breakout.
