Hey Blister, yes I agree, I’m being extremely conservative. If we used spot prices the IRR, NPV and payback all look extremely positive.
Also, soybean prices are going through the roof, which is the key grower market for AGR. If farmers want a higher yield and are getting higher prices the incentive to use localised fertilisers are extremely attractive too.
