Mate, what a load of rubbish, if you go a shop and buy a pie, if the pie is rubbish you don't go back for an other one, simple as that. Over the years management has said that the customers are happy with our product, if they were not they stop buying. No rusty iron, no under par product, just tear 1 quality spod! now move on........fool.
