This is Idan and the boards job to communicate this to the market, but the current valuation of Unith is $20.8m at 1.7c.

Fundamentally
• We are generating $5-6m in revenue from our subscriptions business, which many basic valuation models would have the company at $10-12m.

• We have a $3.9m (10% share) in Audio Stack, which appears to be going from strength to strength

• We have $4.8m in the bank based on the last quarter.

When you total this up it comes to $18-20m.

Given our core growth will come from our soon to be released Digital Head platform, ‘the market’ has effectively placed zero value on this.

I expect two major Enterprise deals to land in the next month or two. If it happens, what would be a fair valuation?
Idan need to work on closing them though, less talk and more walk.
