I think the customer portal (if it functions as presented) is a huge selling point for DHs to customers who are umming and arrrhing about whether to go down the AI path..... I'm already seeing applications in my role as an IT project manager.... as I've been looking at a simple way to support and train internal staff on rolling out new software applications.... you could simply dump the various user manuals and support guides into one of the DH's and then let the AI deliver all the support and general training out to your user base..... you can then provide fully individualized 1 on 1 on demand support/training for all your staff (24/7)........ it just makes sense.
