Heard all of this before...when will investment in new products drive revenue and profit growth - it's a bottomless pit. As for marketing research - what were they doing before - just randomly spending money seeing who they attracted - seems odd to be so pleased with themselves for doing what's expected - when will shareholder returns be delivered - thats what we want to know.
