Isn't it also "pretty scarey", as you said, to see that, in the four months that have passed since the last Investor Update, the timeline has blown out by six months?

And even that has only been achieved via considerable compression of the pre-construction activities - Detailed Engineering reduced by 25%, and supposedly completed in the current quarter, without any finance. Are the design people working for free? Are plant manufacturers accepting orders with no up-front deposits?

Is construction commencement in the current calendar year a realistic possibility?
