Don't forget that RD & JMB have also recently provided a $2.5m credit facility for extra wriggle room.

So along with the Accounts Receivables they have some flexibility to time any CR if/when needed. Especially, if MJ can deliver on some news in the interim.

As you pointed out the T3 hold so much stock and control over the company they should be able to extract a decent outcome. Hopefully it goes to strong hands.
