    Yes, I'm thinking it's as you say.

    There has been no firm indication on the price of the NZ business but now there is "..well north of $500m...". and then of course the indication of wanting to conclude all of this before financial year end.

    Puts a lot more "certainty" on it. Hopefully they got it right.
