Vodafone rolling out their NBN plan, but hard to understand their reasoning, cheapest plan $10 higher than the $60 price point that is recognised as being significant, and only targeting a few places. Perhaps they want to start slow till they get things sorted out, in the long run they could be a competitor, but they wont be in the short term.
