    So we are waiting on the outcome of "Progressing the non-binding MOU with OptimumNano to reach a binding agreement and secure offtake close to 100% of planned production". And waiting for the debt based financing to be completed. I wonder which one is taking longer!?

    Hope we get the news soon!
