at various stages in the negotiation process" so if nothing else they have at least been making telesales calls

Kinda reminds me of LBY, I was all alone there too at the beginning, eventually Fib came along and got things moving Smart money is holding from this level so I don't see them taking on a dud, there is also no mention of a consolidation before they do the 'assumed' 2c CR. DD is completed next Thursday so should be on the watchlists in the lead up to that. DD was extended by 2 weeks and then the 2nd facilitation fee was paid after that so you would think things are progressing well.
