    I guess he means they intend to get the Kingia (only) independently certified (as alluded to in the Presentation) and set up some sort of loan facility against it for the upcoming work commitments?

    I certainly hope that's the case and they are successful as any sort of CR now would be extremely diluting and risky,IMO.
