project acquisitions and disposals. This remains an essential generative value process. Project generation is a core
skill of the Company.
This work has included:
• Assessment of various 3rd party gold and base metal properties in Australia and overseas.
• the renegotiation of its American Lithium JV in the USA.
• additionally, new tenure applications have recently been lodged in Queensland.
The Company will provide appropriate disclosure should negotiations and agreements be completed, and new tenure
granted."
