The other clear piece of spin coming out of this investor presentation on page 8 it says:

"Powercor electricity grid technical report complete''. That means absolutely nothing and a consultant can bring that together for a few thousand dollars.

What we need is an executed Generator Deed (template available off the Powercor website dating back to 2021):

Any generator connecting to the Powercor network requires this Deed along with all of the technical schedules.

Once this has been executed then we know for sure the grid workstream has been completed for VIC 1.

I think DEL has a few extra hundred thousand dollars to be spending on grid to get to this stage.
