I have liked him, his energy and his approach so far but it is totally different to most ASX start ups. In the previous video posted here he says, he is surprised that many ASX CEO's don't own over a1% holding and the ones that do are gifted them with options and performance bonuses. Many haven't written a check to buy in CR's. He has rewritten for me the expectations of a CEO of companies I invest in. He is a breath of fresh air and aligns beautifully of how I run my business and the expectations i have for myself and my staff. He leads from the front and is proving to be the main reason for me to invest further in the company. Time for me to cast off some of these dogs i hold and put my hard earned into something, and someone that plans to work their butt off, not just for himself but in turn for all shareholders.

These pictures above show progress. These pictures show the start of the story that will be an ASX superstar IMO. Our SOI is low, our leader is exactly that and the road ahead he has shown us. The clouds are parting and 3DA is surely turning into the best kept secret on the ASX. (Except we know about it )

have Been doing exactly this for a few months now and thought i was set and my buying was done. Trouble is i cannot find a better buy even at the present 3DA price. Buying at this price does not much alter my average buy in price.
