Interesting was that the C-103 made in testing of the atomizer over in Germany was of high quality. An unnamed company in Germany was checking the quality of the product in the testing process and felt that current atomizers couldn't do this. So we know it works and that the quality has already impressed someone in the field, looking for an offtake?????
