Brickworks being a giant of a company partnering with DEL and bringing a site to production (in my mind) significantly builds on DEL’s reputation within the industry as a whole. This isn’t just about one project it signals that DEL can secure serious, blue chip partners and deliver at scale. That’s key for institutional interest down the track and could help DEL derisk future projects, both in terms of funding and execution. If the FID lands as expected, I wouldn’t be surprised to see renewed buying interest and a rerate on the back of it.
