DEL has flat out said they're not interested in putting out fluff announcements and are instead focusing on getting the work done, they're maintaining their continuous disclosure obligations and at this point its just wait and see.
So far it's swinging quite nicely between my trading range of 16-18 and its only because of my own greed that I haven't traded this more but I'd much rather be long on this for the potential risk/reward ratio than sitting on the sidelines waiting for a positive announcement which is likely to send the SP rocketing.
