Because as you can see, they only have nickel rights on this tenement.
Also error above in statement "because Mincor want that for the nickel rights". WIN have nickel rights to this tenement, but Mincor obviously want it for something else, potentially gold seeing as WIN have a number of "No gold interests" on their tenements. So WIN being granted lithium rights for M 15/103 is a big win.
