why would HREC approve an early phase trial in humans but not a phase 1? Perhaps they want to complete the early phase trial first? Perhaps they don’t want to approve a trial for 88 volunteers for phase 1?
I think this may be a slight over reaction once details are clarified. This could be a minor amendment or it could be a catastrophe
the biggest disgrace is managements handling of the situation.
