I logged in to listen and got the following - please correct as necessary. This is for those that did not attend / if there's no recording made available:
- the geotechnical event meant that there needed to be a change to the wall angles which increased the strip ratiowhich incresed costs which didn't make it economically viable
- the acquisition will provide "access to future royalties stream"
- 7-10M cash available after the acquisition
- TI1 will need a new asset in order to relist on the ASX
- 4.25% royalty from the stockpiles
They didn't answer my question about who dumped millions of shares prior to the halt, but unanswered questions may be answered "offline".
