From memory Kevin in one of his earlier updates referred to his style of expansion in terms of a " farmer expansion " . Can't quite remember the exact words but it was along the lines of you make some money and then expand from there ..... This seems to of been lost on him ....me thinks the money guys have been in his ear with buckets of cash to trade for shares and options ( which for a junior is always good terms for the other party) . Quite surprised at the deal they did with the govt with terms that don't seem cheap given that the fund was set up to help mining expansion
