A potential cap raising was mentioned by a poster some weeks ago. Nothing was set in stone...was just his opinion. Since then there has been a micro scare campaign regarding a cap raising.
I welcome a potential Cap Raising if that is what Scott recommends.

A cent or two when it is needed will be a distant memory when there is a $ sign in front of it.
