hi guys - i have said this before and saying it again - There will possibly be NO market announcement detailing micro details of the deal. This is because its a sales deal and the terms need to remain confidential to keep strategies / targets / timelines / costs / etc absolutely quiet from competitors.

IMO - nothing wrong with the above and there are heaps of Pharma deals which happen that way.
