From what I see, they're doing (a) a $10 million deal with existing 'large' shareholders; followed by (b) a $2 million 'plus' (up to $3 million?) offer to 'other' existing shareholders. Given the good medium-long term fundamentals, my guess is that both have been (for 'a') and will be (for 'b') quickly taken.
