Re further improvements sept 2013. So without researching I believe the process for Fonda manufacturing from raw materials is at least one year. So if they have changed a step from the start of the manufacturing process that could make for cheaper manufacturing, it could take this long to hit the market and return more income.

I remember they were talking a few years back about reducing the number of steps in the manufacturing process.
