    I found this very amusing:  "We continue to investigate complimentary acquisitions that will deliver enhanced shareholder returns."

    Does enhanced shareholder returns mean more equity right-downs of inflated goodwill caused by overspending on the acquisitions, combined with hefty restructure and integration costs?  Because that's the sort of enhancement I can live without.
