This is obviously a personal opinion and speculation, but for what its worth my view on this question Stormer is:

1. I think the market is waiting for definitive proof that this can actually work. I suspect that the medical investment community (not necessarily the medical research community) may be sceptical that an off patent drug combined with a naturally occurring substance that is over the counter in some countries can outperform other drugs so well and treat a notoriously difficult to treat problem. I think that maybe there's people out there thinking "oh just combine these two things and voila now we can reduce proteinuria by 50% huh. Yeah right". So people are waiting for results.

2. I think some people, myself included in this camp, wonder exactly how DXB are going to monetise this. It is a great discovery yes, but how can we protect our IP?
