I also recived a call- I told him that if at the AGM the directors volunteer and announced a 33% pay cut for each ( as the market cap & performance do not deserve such - peer examples discussed ) and also if the AGM update on trading was worthy I would consider 

We had a good discussion - he said he would provide my feedback back to the company.

Holders make sure you get your AGM votes in - send that message on remuneration and vote no if you are not happy with performance of your company ( as their remuneration levels are not deserving all round)
