Oneview Healthcare PLC (ASX:ONE) announce:
Christy Boyce has resigned from the
Board of Directors of Oneview, effective from 22 November 2018.
Oneview announced on 7 November 2018 its intention to reduce the number of non-executive Directors from six to three,
commensurate with listed Boards of similar sized businesses on ASX,
Christy’s resignation is the first stage of that process. The Board would like to thank Christy for her invaluable counsel and dedication to Oneview since the IPO.
