Mate, Mr Glennan is long gone (probably to save his face from this disaster)! This "technology" company has no CTO. In fact, it seems that there's only one person (R. LANGFORD) with some IT background. Instead the board and leadership team are full of people with finance backgrounds. They're like leeches sucking cash out of TNT without giving anything in return. It's pretty obvious that they're trying to play "financial engineering" game (as someone mentioned here before).

Just based on the above it's pretty clear that there's no future for this company unless the whole board (including CEO) is replaced with the right people. No serious company would sign up tech deals with a bunch of ex-bankers
