it's all pretty clear if you can read between the lines, put 2 and 2 together. Nothing new here, seen it before with other junk stocks.
- Board full of people without relevant experience (including CEO)
- Founder CEO quits (sure he wouldn't quit if "big things were about to happen)
- "mates rates" for some investors right after ordinary investors get opportunity to participate
- Timing and nature of the recent announcements
- No mention of the Asta acquisition in the latest so called update
- Huge losses
- No new business
- etc
these are just some of the most obvious points but I can keep going
all pretty obvious where this is heading to me.
Gotta look at these things pragmatically and be able to see through it. Rosey glasses can be very dangerous
what will happen to the SP when it's confirmed that there will be no Asta aqusition?
