I have no doubt an offer will come but your prediction of 40c is way off imo.
I doubt 75% of SH will accept that knowing what we have and how close we would be to production.
But some may sell out on market at that price.
My guess for a successful offer would be around the $2 mark.
Notwithstanding the recent announcement that they would continue exploring to increase what they already have.

I also doubt the SP would move much with a CI unless they pay a premium. The DFS is what is required. 12 months is not long to wait in the whole scheme of things.
