yes any company will say so if added - it’s major news- and anyway agencies like Nice, Pbac make decisions (pos and neg) public. There’s insufficient time between their CE mark approval and next 3 months to get approved by somebody like NIce in UK or any national agency unfortunately this can take years (again SIrtex example) and imo they don’t have enough evidence at present to get this over the line for broad national funding anyway , that could be years away. UK has commissioning groups at local/regional levels that can make some discretionary spending decisions I believe , maybe as it’s pancreatic cancer they may be willing to pay for some case by case use?, it could be these that OSL refers to when it says expect sales in 3 m.. Not sure who OSL has on the ground to be doing all this negotiating over there as hard slog I imagine getting round all these groups esp with Covid restrictions until recently . And that’s just 1 country.
