Difficult to make a call on a takeover price but given the device is intended for use with cancer patients where there is no current known treatment then I'm guessing there maybe several suitors interested. A Strategic partnership is more probable and seems to be the last remaining domino to drop. This will be an interesting Christmas rally for Oncosil... lots more to develop here IMO. DYOR and GLTAH
