The guys sitting with those escrowed shares know fairly well what the company is worth. They're not mug punters who just got lucky buying cheap shares without understanding the value of the company and they're not bogans living hand to mouth on minimum wage, so for the most part they shouldn't be rushing to sell at whatever price they can get, they'll be keen to hang on for better value.
