I doubt a class action would get traction , just need the company to be a bit more up front on whats actually happening on the ground in the USA , ie are any clinics actually selling 20 units a month and if any what clinics ?
They signed up a group of Clinics in the Carolinas nearly 2 years ago are they still selling O2 vents and if not why not or if so how many a month as its important not just to make contracts but for the contracts to be honored .
Pointless putting out presentations if they do not address the above issues with shareholders , otherwise scornful contempt will occur from shareholders which is not good for anyone .
