You seem to be here to simply baselessly downramp, but in the unlikely case there's anything genuine about you, what makes you say "organic growth is falling"? This means you think organic growth was occurring but is stalling. Where is any demonstration of this? If it's actually there I'd be the first person to see evidence of it.
