Personally, I feel that there's nothing worse than a "delusional shareholder", but each to their own.
As to running "off off at the mouth without putting forward an alternative proposal of how to achieve a T O and production without money"; of course funds are required for such activities, however it's the implementation of said activities that is the problem.
The company has destroyed its cap structure getting to this stage and that will make life VERY difficult going forward for shareholders.
But I guess that's not my problem.
