Talking about the Medicare ruling, I get your point Jelly, but couldn't that point of view end up being too optimistic?
What CMS appears to be saying is that, although the FDA has given clearance to Aduhelm to remove the plaque in the brain, CMS is not convinced that Amyloid is indeed the cause (or "a" cause) for AD.
Where does that leave all the other drugs that are currently being developed?
I mean, most of them are based on the Amyloid Hypothesis, right?
If their prices are going to be as high as Aduhelm's, what are the chances that they'll get reimbursed by Medicare?
