I think there is a reasonable chance that we are taken out soon so people can get access to the employees. If we aren't, we have a great tailwind with what is going on globally but are also facing the other side i.e. the inflation in costs for holding onto the staff, Hope these contracts aren't fixed cost and that they can pass on the inflation, which in the current environment I hope is possible.
