Highly suggest if shareholders are going to take the time to make a report, to give some thought on rewording and adding/removing what they personally see applicable.

Breach of Listing Rule 17.2
On 2 June 2023, the Company released a shareholder update that also included a request for an extension that its securities remain in voluntary suspension until the finalisation of the proposed funding, which is anticipated to occur 31 August 2023.
At time of writing (1 October 2023) the Company has not informed the shareholders / market on the status of its voluntary suspension nor has it requested a further extension.

Lack of Disclosure / Information
On 29 September 2023, the Company released an Investor Update on the Progress of its discussions with the Mali Government and a Purported Transaction (ongoing since December 2022). It also provided minimal plans to the sale of its 80% ownership of Morila SA.
There is no indicative timelines for the above, nor was there an indicative timeline for further shareholder updates.
The Board recognises the frustration of shareholders due to the drawn out nature of the process but they are adding to the frustration and anger of shareholders with the flippant minimalistic reporting and lack of timelines.

Periodic Reporting - 1/2 Year Interim Report
The Company has not released the information that should have been provided to ASIC under section 320 of the Corporations Act for the 1/2 Year Interim Report or to the ASX as per Listing Guidelines, Chapter 4, 4.2A & 4.2A.1 within the prescribed timeframe for an entity established in Australia and/or 4.2A.3 an adaption of the information set out in the Appendix 4D complying with all relevant accounting standards.
