The recap was a hiding to nothing. Horse already bolted. The reasons nobody put one cent of value into Morilla on that recap patently obvious, no? What did you want him to do? Magic some non existent interest at 15 cents out of thin air? Impossible, Cowden had been to the well three times already and it was dry. The reason Fraser was unable to get an acceptable CR at that time totally on the six people I listed above.
