Well, no Woody - that's not the case. The FFX board could simply come out and say we are abandoning the BS sale idea as there is actually no deal on the table and we have waste $$ on Treadstone. At least that would be the truth.
Further, FFX can say are going to distribute escrowed shares and remaining cash to SH- the decision has been made....
