Disagree with you on that, as of 13th of July, there was only a non-binding deal being thrown around… nothing more than general interest that was not waiting on gov approval… usual wording would have an announcement stating “binding deal subject to gov approvals”… do you really believe they have been waiting on gov approvals only for 6 months and not pointed fingers at the gov for the delay to show shareholder progress?

what I wouldn’t want him to do is put forward a deal that was clearly listed far too cheap, that was instantly oversubscribed and withdrawn… how is this in the interest of shareholders? Designed to fail? Would not trying a raise at 15c and failing Atleast show an attempt of raising the capital?

you seem very pro Fraser… there has been a flurry of things he has failed at… could you show me some points he has done well? He has had ample time to sort it out…
