TBH the responses seemed pretty unrehearsed, so not sure if the prior preparation.

I genuinely believe MPL could be a hidden gem in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. The fact there is a reduction is serum neurofilament light change, and in proportion to dosage is a strong indicator that it is reducing damage to the neurons.

I don't think any other treatment in ALS / MND has demonstrated a reduction. MPL is also taking a different treatment approach via the mTOR pathway, indicates part of the reason why it is so effective vs other treatments.

I also think we'll find a partner of some kind, and won't need dilutive funding. That could be the spark that sets PAA off again.

Would love to see MT leading the charge - I think he conveys the potential of MPL and the future of PAA the best! Good luck to him whatever he choses.

Hopefully the business side of things will sort itself out in the near future!
