I'm interested in peoples' interpretation of this [my emphasis]
We may require up to A$30m of bridging finance to fund near term Transaction costs and ongoing business needs
May = not definite
up to A$30m = could be less? A$25m ?
near term Transaction costs = I don't know what this refers to OR how much may be needed
ongoing business needs = paying staff wages, rent etc?

Now during the COVID pandemic some directors took shares as part payment for their services and reduce the cash burn
I assume that BOD has done DD and this plan for the future is supposed to benefit the BOD and all shareholders
Some short term pain for long term gain
