Very pleased to hear Louis provide a bit more detail on the business model BrainChip intend to use for large Civil Surveillance deployments.   
Unlike the Casino business model where a fee is charged per table per day,  for large Civil Surveillance Deployments it's intended to be  based on a license fee per camera. Under this business model (using Louis words) they will not only harvest a license fee but a recurring maintenance fee.

We should be over the moon with this news.  

According to Louis' comments in the webcast, the per camera fees given in the Ann were indicative range of licence fees applicable to BrainChip Studio on Software  ie. $US500 to $US5,000 per camera depending on the complexity of the analytics.  He also stated that while BSHA provides more density (ie squeezes more video through the hardware)  that's not the significant variable in the equation it's still the complexity of the analytics that will drive the size of the license fee.   We wait for confirmation though whether these licence fees apply to hardware.
